Know Your Sushi: Salmon-Inspired Creations

Last updated 5 years ago

Salmon has long been a popular fish for American sushi connoisseurs. Though known to have multiple health benefits, most sushi restaurant goers love it simply because it tastes so good. Kabuki Japanese Restaurants aim to please the palettes of its patrons, so our extensive menu offers many salmon-inspired creations.

Sushi, Sashimi & Sushi Rolls

Our delicious sushi and sashimi menu includes both salmon with sake and smoked salmon with Kunsei sake. We even have a delectable salmon egg with Ikura. Our sushi bar also offers your favorite rolls such as the classic salmon roll, the salmon skin roll, and the scrumptious Philadelphia roll with salmon and cream cheese.

Specialty Rolls

If you want to taste something delightfully different, try any one of our amazing salmon specialty rolls. Our Alaskan roll takes the choicest pieces of baked salmon and combines them with the traditional California roll. The Hamachi sake box sushi delivers two tasty punches, as it layers both salmon and krab with yellowtail placed gently on top. The Geisha roll is one of our favorites. Delicious salmon is used in this specialty roll, as well as tuna, Japanese mint leaf, and cucumber, for a flavor that is as innovative as it is appetizing. Not to be outdone is our smokey Philly roll. A favorite at all our of 11 Southern California locations, this roll will have you asking for seconds. We take savory smoked salmon and combine it with cream cheese and cucumber.

If your taste buds are in overdrive just reading about our many delicious offerings, imagine what it would be like to taste them. Kabuki Japanese Restaurants are ready to serve you for lunch, sushi happy hour, and dinner. We pride ourselves on giving our guests the best and most authentic Japanese dining experiences, so drop by today!
